Chloe Maxwell (born July 6, 1976) is an Australian model most famous for as "The Jeans West Girl" in a Jeans West campaign. She was discovered by chance, pulled off the streets for A Current Affair story featuring a model recruiter could pick a model just by looking at them.

She is also stepmother to Rogers' two children, Jack and Skyla, from a previous relationship. Chloe Maxwell turned her hand in an acting career and starred in the Australian Comedy/Thriller Under the Radar as Jo which was released in 2004.
